This is the third awareness week I’ve celebrated in recovery from my disorder. These last three years have not been easy. I’ve battled weight gain, depression, anxiety, and poor body image. These things have only made me strong. Though I face different challenges today, I look back to these struggles and realize that I can get through what I’m struggling with now. I will continue to fight. My heart goes out to those still struggling. I want to be supportive and let anyone who is going through eating/body image issues know i understand and you’re not alone.
